Who Was Roxie? 

    Roxie was our beautiful fawn Boxer.  She was our goofy, smooshed-faced, always use our pants as her napkin, most loyal and greatly loved dog.  She, like all of our pets, are family.  She protected us from all the things that could cause us harm, like rabbits, skunks, other dogs, leaves, air in general.  She was with us, in body, until Nov 2015, just 2 months passed her 12th birthday when she suffered a heart attack and passed away with us there with her on our living room floor.  She is now with us in spirit each and every day as our girl's name has become a household name in many homes around the Lake Ray Hubbard area.

Who is Roxie's?

     Shortly after Roxie's passing, Monica was called by God to serve His people and care for His greatest creations - pets - in a way that Monica was born to do; love and care for pets.  What started out as just Monica leaving her corporate job and her husband, Rick, helping with care for the clients when he wasn't working his full-time job became Rick leaving his corporate job 1.5 years later and then by 2 years into the business they began hiring.  Now three of their adult children work for the company as well as 15 pet sitters and dog walkers on staff and still growing.

     Roxie's has become well known in the cities they serve (11 cities) and in the homes (nearly 800) served and pets (approx 1200) cared for.  Roxie's is INSURED & BONDED.  All STAFF ARE BACKGROUND CHECKED.  We are PET FIRST AID/CPR trained.  Roxie's is A CHRISTIAL, VETERAN & WOMAN-OWNED business.

Through Roxie's Pet Sitting we offer:

• Pet Sitting & Dog Walking in your home for if you are out of town or at work
• Medical Visits - if your pet only needs a medication given at a particular time, or an injection
• House Sitting if you have or do not have pets
• Pet Transport to vet, daycare or other places
• Pet Hander for special events such as weddings
• Secure Package Placement - example: Amazon delivery comes and you would like us to come by and place it safely inside your home, garage or back porch
• We Wait On Your Deliveries - if you don't have the time to wait within a several hour window for a service provider to come to the home or for a large delivery/installation, we can

• Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly clean-up of your yard or business location (apartments, RV Parks, Dog Parks, etc.)
• Residential & Commercial poop scooping and sanitation of the areas

Through Roxie's Pet Pro Hero (check out our Facebook page) we offer:

• Classes, via a location or via Zoom, to teach pet owners of all ages Pet First Aid & CPR
• We offer certification classes (approx 5 hour course) and no-certification classes (approx 2 hour course)

We also offer:

• Education on pet CBD (Kush CBD) and essential oils safe for pets (only pure oils via Young Living)
• Referrals for mobile pet groomers, dog trainers, other pet sitter partnerships formed to provide recommendations for your friends or family that may live outside our service area, best boarding facilities (in our humble opinion) and what you should look for when going to a facility, referrals for those desiring to board their pets in a private home, referrals for pet photographers, pet artists, and all things pet related
